After you register for the conference, you will be given information on how to sign up for Continuing Education through our Modern Therapist Learning Community.
Please note that, due to editing or other technical considerations, session recordings may be shorter (and thus award fewer CE hours) than sessions attended live. All CEs listed in the published schedule assume live attendance of the course. In addition, not all session recordings may be available, for technical or other reasons. Please note that some courses will provide continuing education and some are non-CE. Live attendees can earn up to 14.5 CEs.

Therapy Reimagined and Therapy Reimagined: The Modern Therapist Conference (herein: Therapy Reimagined) is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the codes of ethics for all of the professional groups we serve. Therapy Reimagined will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Continuing Education Program Administrator in consultation with (1) the members of the Curriculum Committee, and (2) for in-person events where an Event Chairperson has been designated, the Event Chairperson.
While Therapy Reimagined goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to our attention which require intervention and/or action on the part of staff or a representative of Therapy Reimagined. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.
1. When a course participant files a grievance (either orally or in writing to curt@therapyreimagined.com) and expects action on the complaint, Therapy Reimagined will respond in a reasonable, ethical and timely manner. The following actions will be taken:
Grievances about a presenter. If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put their comments in writing and submit them to curt@therapyreimagined.com. The Continuing Education Program Administrator* will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual. In addition, the Continuing Education Program Administrator* may take any of the actions described in “Grievances about course content” below.
Grievances about course content. If the grievance concerns a course offering, its content, or its level of presentation, the Continuing Education Program Administrator* will mediate and be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the Education Director* will:
a) ask the participant to provide additional information on their concern, so that it may be clearly defined; or
b) amend course materials; or
c) move the participant to a different course; or
d) provide credit for another course; or
e) provide a partial or full refund of the course fee.
Grievances about facilities (live events). If the grievance concerns the facilities in which a live course was offered, the Continuing Education Program Administrator* (or, if the event has a designated Event Chairperson, the Event Chairperson) will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the Continuing Education Program Administrator (or Event Chairperson) will:
a) attempt to move the participant to another course; or
b) provide a credit for a subsequent course or event; or
c) provide a partial or full refund of the course fee.
Grievances about the program. If the grievance concerns the Therapy Reimagined CE program, in a specific regard, the Continuing Education Program Administrator * will attempt to arbitrate.

Requests for accommodations may be submitted via email to curt@therapyreimagined.com.
For in-person courses, any accommodation requests related to course facilities, materials, or presentation will be reviewed as described below. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the Continuing Education Program Administrator makes a final determination on what accommodations will be offered. While we aim to provide reasonable accessibility for all of our offerings, accommodations may take up to 90 days to provide.
For on-demand courses and webinars, many accessibility features are already included in modern web browsers. Examples of reasonable accommodations we may provide for these courses include written transcripts of audio or video components of courses, and large-type or audio versions of print materials.
CE certificates are issued separately for each CE session you attend. To obtain your CE certificate for, you must attend for the full duration of the session, complete a satisfaction survey, and obtain a score of 80% or higher on a session post-test.
After session attendance is verified, you will be contacted by email with instructions for completing your satisfaction survey and session post-test. You will need to register for a free account at Therapy Reimagined to complete these steps. Once your survey has been completed and you have passed the post-test, your certificate will be immediately available through your Therapy Reimagined account.
